8 Holiday Essentials we always pack

After last weeks trip to Mykonos we realised there are a few essentials that never fail to make it into our suitcase. Whether it’s a bikini, beach bag or denim cut-offs, having a few fail-safe pieces can help when pulling together our holiday wardrobe and minimise the time we spend packing (& stressing). We’ve each chosen the 4 pieces that would be the first to make it into our suitcase when heading for some sun.

A VIX bikini. It’s by far my favourite bikini, It’s a great shape and offers good coverage, while still looking stylish. I re-buy this exact bikini every few years once I’ve worn it in.

Celine sunnies, every year I invest in a new pair of sunglasses, and for the last few years, it’s been a pair from Celine. I’ve hardly taken this tortoiseshell pair off.

Cool cover-ups. This summer I’ve loved Topshop Jumpsuits, the perfect cover-ups for post beach cocktails.

I prefer a baseball cap over a straw hat and tend to live in mine during the summer.

Lots of jewellery, this summer my shell necklace barely left my neck. I layer necklaces and stack bracelts whether spending the day at the beach or heading out to dinner.

TKEES flip-flops. I’ve been wearing these for years and love how simple they are. They go with everything, are super easy to slip on and so comfortable; I never travel to sunny shores without a pair.

A straw bag. One that doubles up as a beach & Travel bag is key. This style by Muūn worked hard for me this Summer.

Denim cut-offs are a must for my summer holidays. I wear them by day with a swimming costume, and they work for evening with a loose shirt. These Topshop ones are the best cut I’ve found. Not too long/short or tight. I’ve preferred Black denim this summer.
